The fashion pack parties on
Fashion label Marc Cain celebrated the opening of its UK flagship store in Westbourne Grove in style. Owners, Amanda, Jonathan and Niall were joined by John Scott from ITV’s This Morning and the fashion media including Vanity Fair and Tatler, while the beautiful Ms Goodey modelled the clothes. Guests quaffed Veuve Cliquot and nibbled smoked salmon blinis while being entertained by live music and master of sleight of hand and misdirection, Ravi Mayar.

A beaming show
Art lovers made their way to the 20th Century Theatre this month as the Moonbeam Trust presented an Art Show in support of their research into the effects of premature birth. Guests were welcomed by a jazz quartet and flickering torches before ascending into the converted auditorium. Pieces on display included sculpture, paintings and bespoke furniture. Glasses were kept topped up with Montagny Premier Cru as the guests mingled with the artists and their work. Local celebrity Anneka Rice managed to evade the Grove snapper, making her departure through the crowds there to support Moonbeam. www.moonbeamtrust.org
